The Hoke County Health Center offers a variety of services, including screening, diagnosis, and treatment of health problems and conditions, preventive services, and community health services. The Hoke County Health Department provides quality health services to the individual, family and community, regardless of race, age, disability, sex, religion, or income.

The Health Center offers services like children's immunizations and testing for communicable diseases that are free. Payment for most personal care services is based on your household income. We also accept Medicaid, Medicare, N.C. Health Choice and private insurance.
