Complete and return the Team Registration Form (Please see our Forms Section) or call Mary Beth Grimm at 904-1298 to learn more about how you can form a Relay For Life team. You may also come to one of our Team Captains meetings and get additional information - Please see our Calendar of Events for more details. Recruit at least ten friends, family members or co-workers to form a team. Give your team a name and develop a theme that you'll use in decorating your campsite. Be creative! We encourage you and each member of your team to set a goal of raising a minimum of $100. You are also welcome to solicit corporate sponsorships. Prior to our event, you will receive your Relay For Life T-Shirt and additional information about the event's happenings. Since Relay For Life is a 24-hour event, we encourage you to obtain a campsite and spend the night with us! Relay For Life is a fun-filled, overnight celebration and everyone enjoys themselves while taking up the fight against cancer.
